Returns

Returns follow our retail partner's standard policy: most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and the return is started from the order page in your account.

A note specific to blinds: a shade that has been trimmed to width (the blackout roller) counts as customized, and customized items are generally not returnable unless defective. Measure twice, cut once is literal here — or run your numbers through the Fit Check first.

Spring-rod shades that simply do not fit your window are returnable like any other item, since nothing about them is altered by trying them. Repack the rails in the original carton.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it through the order page — defective returns ship free and are refunded or replaced in full.
