Orders placed through the buy buttons on this site are fulfilled and shipped by our retail partner. Standard delivery in the continental United States typically arrives within 2–5 business days; Prime-eligible listings often ship faster.

Each shade ships in a rigid carton sized to its rails. If a carton arrives visibly crushed, photograph it before opening — it makes any claim effortless.

Tracking is issued by the partner at dispatch and lives in your order page. We do not have separate or earlier tracking information than what appears there.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is available on most listings, with the extended time frames shown at checkout.
